We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our all-natural soaps. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (personal care items), we only accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return:

• Provide Details: Include your order number and reason for return.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are processed for:
• Products that arrive damaged or defective.
• Orders that are incorrect (e.g., wrong item sent).
To qualify for a refund:
